The clarification of Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar comes after Congress suspected that the BJP govt was planning to repeal three farm rules and amendments after elections in five provinces.
On Saturday, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar concluded that the central government will no longer to introduce any of the three farm rules in the amended form.
The statement from the Minister of Trade Unions comes after the ANC suspected that the Institute was planning to reinstate three farm laws (now repealed) and amendments after elections in five provinces.

The Congress leader said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had apologized and passed three "black" laws in Parliament fearing defeat in five constituencies.
At the time, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said Tomar had ignored an apology from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The three farm rules were repealed after the passage of the required law during the winter of Parliament, which began on November 23.
