
Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Manipur, Punjab, and Uttarakhand will vote in seven constituencies from February 10, according to a March 10 vote census.
Uttar Pradesh will vote in each of the seven constituencies - February 10, February 14, February 20, February 23, February 27, March 3, and March 7.
On February 14, Punjab, Goa, and Uttarakhand will vote.
Manipur will go to the polls on February 27 March 3.

With the highest number being UP (403 seats) followed by Punjab (117), Uttarakhand (70), Manipur (60) and Goa (40) total of 690 Assembly constituencies will vote in the next two months.
At least one women-only polling station will be set up at all polling stations as is possible in the five provinces where elections were announced on Saturday.
Conducting Assembly elections in Manipur during regular rebel attacks is one of the biggest challenges for the Electoral Commission. Apart from this, the voting panel aims to conduct “a secure Covid election in five states that play a significant role in the electorate through a wide range of arrangements.”
The holding of timely elections is “the essence of democracy,” the Election Commission of India said on Saturday, announcing its decision to hold elections in five provinces between the third Covid wave driven by the Omicron faction.
Ads by The commission said it had decided to continue voting after detailed discussions with the Union Health Secretary and Home Affairs Secretary, specialists and health secretaries of the provinces concerned. To ensure security, the Commission has banned rallies and meetings until January 15, saying it will be reviewed thereafter as “the status quo changes”.

Assembly Elections in all five states will be held amid growing Covid cases across the country fueled in part by the Omicron divergence - this morning the Union Department of Health reported more than 1.79 lakh new diseases in the last 24 hours.
Concerns about the spread of the virus have intensified after political parties held major rallies in the participating states. These gatherings are attended by thousands (many of whom do not have a face mask) and social segregation is not at all such events, which is understandably difficult to control.
